In a time for coughs and colds,
Hearing an asthmatic’s morning wheeze
I breathe in – clearly, mindfully
Mindfully out – with ease
I notice no effort for myself
For this absence, I give thanks.

This says just how I feel. I'm so grateful for easy breathing and not having asthma or alergies.
