Oh Roz, What I wouldn't give to have snow and winter outside my window! I've been cheated out of my favorite season. We had one light dusting two different mornings - the kind that is gone by ten a.m. - and then went right into spring. I have crocus, primroses and daffodils all blooming in my yard. And Carbonito's has their racks and racks and racks of spring plants out in the open (not inside their gigantic tent/building) tantalizing any who drive by.

Hi Roz. Came home from our cabin a couple of hours again, and almost the first thing I am doing, after unpacking and grocery shopping is making a visit to Autumn Cottage. And as always I love visiting you. I have read several blogs today, and though they are all interesting and mind opening in their own ways my favorite is the Venice one. I am a huge lover of traveling litteraure, and also write myself from ALL my travels, short or more around the world kind of stuff. What a treasure to have this diary!

What a winter wonderland! I love this view.

Roz, lovely photographs as always. I think that winter is a gift to all gradeners to dream, wonder imagine, and plan for what this year they will bring to the garden and what in turn the garden will bring to them.
