Margaret Lambert

I can't imagine why the cover was changed for the American edition- it is not nearly so appealing! I've read some reviews and believe that I need to own this book for the answers it gives to questions I could never have thought to ask. It is so much more than a "gardening book"! I have replica editions of a couple medieval books of hours which are exquisite and fascinating. It is doubtful this will appear in my mundane, chain bookstore so I'll just take a chance and order it. Looking forward to your comments Roz!

I'll have to see about this book -- it looks interesting.

I'm going to look this book up. As you know tho I do much more reading about gardening than actually getting my hands dirty, LOL!
