The medieval carvings are marvelous!
Am I remembering correctly that Lymington had a spa popular in the Georgian and Regency period?
It looks as if it was wonderful place to visit for the day!


Roz, these are so beautiful. I will think of you in the next month when I'm in Italy, visiting my beloved black madonnas -- and especially in Venice, which is a shared love! I leave in a week, for 3 weeks of study and pilgrimage, from Zurich to Sicily!

I DID! I TRULY DID! I was in the UK two years ago this past week and I miss it so much.
