The web of tree roots is marvelous! My mother, who trained as a geologist and never lost her passion for it, was always pointing out land forms natural and altered. Love the ancient earth works.


What a beautiful walk. So much to explore, especially that wonderful bookshop. I'm off now for more ramblling.


Beautiful photos! especially the tree roots. Amazing that they are real and not a LOTR movie set.
